Data Retention Policy

Peak Accountancy Training will process and retain your personal information to enable us to comply with our legal obligations, provide services, resolve any disputes which may arise, and enforce our agreements.

The processing of data is necessary for providing our services, and completing the agreements entered into with our customers. These are students booking their own courses and exams, or employers booking courses and exams for their staff.

After a course or exam booking has been made with Peak Accountancy training by an individual, your data will be stored for a maximum of three years. If after three years have passed with no communication, it will be concluded that you have completed the qualification or are no longer studying.

After a course or exam booking has been made with Peak Accountancy training by an employer, the data will be stored for a maximum of three years. If after three years have passed with no communication, it will be concluded that they have no further interest in our services.

Where legislation requires a change to the three-year rule outlined above, data will be retained to comply with that legislation.
