The Advanced Diploma in Accounting includes 5 separate units
The Advanced Diploma Synoptic Assessment can only be sat once students have sat the exams in Advanced Bookkeeping, Final Accounts Preparation, and Management Accounting: Costing. The Synoptic examines knowledge from all of these areas and also examines Ethics and Spreadsheet skills. Please view this timetable for available synoptic sittings in 2018 set by the AAT.
You need to have basic bookkeeping knowledge to be able to study level 3. This could be achieved by having successfully completed either of the following:

The level 3 advanced diploma in accounting takes between 6 and 10 months depending on the frequency of study. These courses are available as either a classroom or online course.
