AAT Payment Down Time
There will be no access to payment functionality across a range of services provided by AAT from
1-7 July 2024. This is due to important changes in how we take payments so that we’re able to serve you more efficiently.
Services affecting students will include:
- registering for a qualification
- making payments online or via our customer support team
- accessing receipts and invoices
- applying for or renewing professional or licensed membership.
Assessments can still be scheduled and sat during this period so please ensure you are registered on the relevant AAT qualification in advance of the downtime.
Any students who are not registered will be unable to sit an assessment during this time.
